Our heat exchanger coils are used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We offer fin-and-tube type coils with a variety of heat transfer surface configurations, depending on the tube arrangement and diameter.
We use smooth or grooved copper tubes with external diameters of 7 mm (1/4”), 9.52 mm(3/8”), 12.7 mm (1/2”), and 15.88 mm(5/8”). Our aluminium and copper fins have plain, waved, or louvered surfaces with varying thicknesses. Fin spacing, which affects condenser performance, can range from 1.15 to 8.47 mm (3-22 FPI).
We select fin material with different types of anti-corrosion coating based on the application. Customers can choose a desired paint colour for their heat exchangers.
To ensure the highest quality, we manufacture headers and end plates in our own press shop. Each coil is leak tested with high-pressure air in a water bath or with helium in a helium testing chamber. We pack the coils in sturdy packaging designed for global shipping by sea, land, and air.
We can manufacture a wide range of standard and custom coils in any dimension or capacity to meet customer technical specifications for quality and performance. We use UNILAB software to verify all technical parameters of our coils.
Our fin-and-tube coils are made from the highest quality raw materials. We test our raw materials (copper tubes and metal sheets) and semi-finished and finished products (aluminum fins, copper headers and fittings, end plates, evaporator coils) at all key stages of production according to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Our design, production, and testing team uses their expertise to match our customers’ technical specifications for material, design, quality, and performance. Our coils meet the required international product and quality standards, such as UL certification.
We have a wide range of products, and we are also capable of manufacturing custom coils in any dimension and capacity to meet our customers’ specific needs. Yes, we can do this within the defined timeline and quality parameters!
